Terms and Conditions
Due to Covid-19, it is highly preferred but not required for all persons including sellers and realtors to vacate the property while our staff is present. If this is not possible and persons are unable to leave the property during the scheduled shoot, social distancing measures and masking is mandatory. Additionally, our staff will not be touching or moving any items within the home, and we ask that all lights be turned on before our staff’s arrival. Lights will not be turned off after the shoot is completed unless it is specified to do so.
Cancellation fees are as follows: $50 for properties up to 4,000 square feet, $75 for properties over 4,000 square feet, and $75 for all twilight shoots. These fees apply and you will be charged if services are cancelled within 24 hours of a confirmed service, if the property is not ready for services upon staff’s arrival or if staff is unable to gain access to the property at scheduled time. Exceptions are made if you are rescheduling due to bad weather: in the event of unfavorable weather, you may opt to reschedule for our next available appointment. You may also opt to proceed with the shoot as originally scheduled, and unless it is specified otherwise, our staff will arrive at a scheduled shoot in unfavorable weather unless it is cancelled prior to. If severe weather conditions present a danger to the photographer or potential damage to equipment, we may need to reschedule the appointment to our next available opening. *Please note: the photos may reflect the weather conditions at the time of the shoot.
Travel fees are implemented for all properties located outside of a 15 mile round-trip radius from Minneapolis, MN. $0.60 for each additional mile will be billed to the client through a separate invoice, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount. While we mainly service Minneapolis and surrounding areas, our staff is often willing to travel longer distances to provide services, but we reserve the right to refuse services if it is not feasible for us to travel to. You will promptly be refunded/credited your full amount if we cannot travel to your desired location.
Unless specifically requested, the composition and areas photographed will be at the discretion of the photographer. We ask that the property be photo/video ready when our staff arrives as the property will be shot in the current condition it is presented in. Staff is not responsible for cleaning and/or staging the property and is not responsible for unwanted objects in photos/ video.
Photos and Matterport 3D tours will be delivered the following business day. While we will make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3 business days for video and aerial services to be delivered.
SinghShots LLC grants you permission to use the photographs taken for any marketing associated with the current sale of property including but not limited to the MLS, printed materials, and website. You may also share photos with your sellers for their personal use. All images are owned and copyrighted by SinghShots LLC, and a license granted only to the client. Any usage, transfer, or sale of the images to a third party is prohibited unless approved in writing by SinghShots LLC. (Ex: You may send your sellers copies of their photos to be used as a remembrance of their home. Additional parties such as stagers and builders must contact SinghShots, LLC in order to license the images if they wish to use them in their own marketing). Please contact SinghShots LLC directly for purchase of third party usage rights.
A $50 late charge will be added to all unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days, and your rights to use the photos/videos are terminated until payment is received.
By checking this box, you agree to all of the above Terms & Conditions and you represent that you have the authority to allow us entry to the property, permit us to take photographs and/or capture video and will provide safe and reasonable means of access to execute all services provided.
